These terms govern your use of the atelier.ws website and any Atelier subscription you purchase.

The software

The Atelier runtime is open-source software licensed under Apache-2.0. Your use of the software is governed by that license, including its warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability.

Subscriptions

• Pro is billed monthly or annually through Stripe at the prices shown on the pricing page.
• You can cancel any subscription at any time. Activation is offline, so the runtime keeps working locally for the period you have paid for.
• Enterprise terms are set out in a separate agreement scoped with our team.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our services. We may suspend access for abuse.

Disclaimer & liability

The website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atelier is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or software.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
